Been ultra busy over the past few days, just preparing for Thursday's photoshoot session. Hired a photographer to do shots of my cakes and pastries for the website. So far done about 70% of the stuffs, tomorrow got to continue the put the cakes up with decorations and prepare some stuffs to be used just before photography.

Looking forward to some good news about my shop tender results. Tomorrow's the closing, hopefully not too many people vying for the same unit and not too high a price.

Falling sick, but shall just hang on for this week, till everything is done, take a break over the weekend. Receive good news over the weekend that cakes were sold out last week! Efforts paid off! At least harvesting some results! :)
Maybe shall take a short overseas trip before start of business, if I do get the shop unit!

For now, take a break and have a good sleep!

2 more days to flat selection, but looking at things, our choice units have already all been snapped up. BooHoo! What can we do? Nothing but wait till last minute on Wednesday night then decide which unit we shall choose. The better amongst the not the best!

This weekend has been rather rejuvenating, given the hectic past week that I had. On Saturday we watched Ip Man 2, pretty cool show, and before the show started there was a thriller that showed a Part 3 coming out in June, and so that means we will have to pay another $20 to catch it. What a gimmick!! Dinner was good, drinking was good!
Sunday was a good yet boring and dull, with a some happiness and fun! Contradicting? Dear brought me to museums, the number one place on earth that I dread the most, with some exceptions. And there I was yawning in there, listening to the history of Singapore, suffering a neck pain from carrying that heavy listening companion. End of tour finally! And we proceeded to Vivo and there was this wedding fair. We want to check things out, looking at gowns and photos. Choices are many, Japan, Korea, Thailand, New Zealand, Macau, Hongkong, Venice...so many overseas locations to choose for photoshoot!! A pre-honeymoon!! The day ended off with potluck dinner at granny's house to celebrate Mother's Day!

Gosh i am super duper tired!! Having been standing on my feet for more than 8hrs, till the wee hours of today morning and completing my delivery, then i was able to sleep soundly.
My first big challenge, to deliver 500+ muffins this morning, so work had to start from last night. The whole process, the preparation had taken me 2 days! Having to prepare the ingredients, chopping 2kg of walnuts, cranberries, orange peel, folding boxes. This week has been the heaviest week of production for me, having 3 deliveries almost back to back, having to prepare cakes and packaging. The number of hours I spend in the kitchen with my oven this week is more than I have spent in the living room with the TV. This coming weekend is my only rest day, I hope, for next week is another rush of a medium size order, but still pretty big, just smaller than today's.

My staycation over last weekend ended off with an off note, while planning to do some happy enjoyable stuff with dear, it was when I received a call and there was an order for the following day and we ended our staycation with buying of ingredients and back home to bake. There I was drained once more, the staycation recharge didn't last! BOOHOO! I want another staycation and this time, I want a quiet and relaxing one!!! *Hints for dear*
