I am so full!
Just had dinner with Uncle K at Kintamani, Indonesian restaurant, buffet style. Food wasn't bad, but the best of it all was the chatting! This month marks the 1st year since I have known Uncle K. First knew him and met him when I went to San Francisco last year in May. Ever since, whenever he is in S'pore, we would meet up for dinner. Really great to know him, and it has been interesting to hear and listen to him talk, the things and the thoughts of the 'Western' is really different and lets me see things in different light and of different perspective. Their chain of thoughts is really differentt from us, Singaporeans. Did I mention, Uncle K is an Indonesian who teaches Maths in USA. Cool!

Another happy thing to share! Remember about 2 weeks ago in my entry, I said that their will be a surprise instored? Well that surprise was a real surprise to me too! But I hadn't have the time to take a photo of it, so that I can post it up here and share the joy with everyone. I shall try to do so over the weekend! :)

After happy things being shared, scary things happen too! In another 14 hours time, exam results are released!!!! Besides that, I am here to announce that I am out of unemployment and it marks the end of my 'eat snake' days, as I join the workforce! No more late mornings waking up!! Gosh! But one thing good still is that I am not really 'employed' employed, just a part time fulltimer, if anyone can understand what I am saying. hehe :)

What else have I got to blog. Nothing much happened recently! Just going out with dear, watch movie, eat....hmm....Next week I am so going to start exercising. Sitting hours in the office is making my butt get bigger!

Melbourne.....One of my favourite cities! Almost didn't felt like coming back home on the last day. Everything there is so nice and lovely. Liked the food, the huge parks where I can stroll and sit there all day, the casino (I won $8 on jackpot)......endless...!
Nothing much to share about this trip, because I didn't explore the outskirts...but just let the photos speak those thousand words!






Although this trip, we didn't do any sightseeing, just a relaxing trip, walking around and eating! Brought daddy and mummy around the city area looking for cafes and desserts to eat, a must to do so everyday. A slice of cake a day, keeps me smiling all day :) We went to Max Brener for chocolate stuffs, Brunetti for cakes, and not to forget the gelato that Andrew recommended to us (we went back the next day for more!)

Just a few more hours before I am off to Melbourne! Can't help but feel excited! Been like 5 years since I last went there and to recall that I frequent there for my holidays with mummy during my JC days. Wonder what are the new discoveries that I will make! Pity that dear doesn't have the chance to go on this trip with me, nonetheless looking forward to our trips in July and August together :)

Over the weekend, had a BBQ at home with Extinct! Just 5 girls and we had a chef for the night who served and cooked for us, simply excellent service! And that chef is none other than DEAR! Thank you for all the cooking and cleaning up! With that, it gave us girls all the time to just chat and gossip and eat all night long! From the sitting down to standing up and back to sitting. The only time we stood by the pit was when it was dessert time-mashmallows :)
Looking forward to our upcoming gathering-steamboat at shiwei's house, which includes a manicure session, grocery shopping at Jurong Point and bringing our hard disks to transfer her HK dramas!


Lastly, today I did something totally unexpected and surprising........Counting down about 10-14 days for that event to happen! Stay tuned for the update and the moment when I reveal the SURPRISE :P

Hurray! Finally done and over with university life and don't think I will be studying anymore. So it's goodbye to mugging and eyebags!
For the first time, I had to take my temperature before exams and how wonderful is it, just for my last exam paper of NUS! In fact, I was super 'cool' with my temperature being 36.2 only!
Anyway, after that paper, I concluded that my CAP wouldn't increase unless I am on Dean's List this semester, which is impossible. So I shall just be glad and happy that I have survived this 4years of tertiary education and now I have to embark on another phase of life........ :)

My first celebration of course has to be with BB! We went to have dinner at Brussel Sprouts, indulging in mussels and clams and beer! We couldn't do much too cos BB has been particularly swarm with work for this whole month, and in fact that day he had attended a marathon meeting from 930am till 7pm, non stop! So I am just glad that he was still able to dig out some time to eat dinner with me, before he starts to work again when he's home.
In fact, I am a semi-pro in HDB carparks now, cos I helped him with his work last weekend and I mastered all the codes of the HDB estates in S'pore! Just hope that May ends faster, which will also mean that BB will be free from the case study and less busy!

Yesterday was the final post exam activity that I can ever celebrate in my life, since no more exams for me. The girls went to Marina Barrage to kite fly!!! Though not full attendance cos Mel had to catch a flight that evening to Beijing. Nonetheless, fine weather and great company!
Next, everyone will be taking flights and heading off to various destinations for their graduation trip! Just want to wish all Bon Voyage and stay pink of health amidst this flu attack :)
When all is home, then we shall gather and party again!

Now, I want good weather for this Saturday's BBQ!
