Finally all the events, at the moment, for this month is done!
Tiring Saturdays thru'out the whole of July!
Now at least there is some time, a weekend to spare and I am going to make good use of it-take a break in Bangkok!
Until then, more events lined up. August-2, September-1 massive scale;2 day event which requires me to camp overnight to look after the stuff, October-luckily got nothing, so far, November-1.

The past few events have made me understand and observe something. In order to be in MARCOM, it requires several personality traits-bitchy enough so that others can't bitch about you, demanding such that people have to conform and give in to your askings, petty and cheapskate in order to protect you property and grab everything that you see.
These are the traits of a particular mall's MARCOM people. Super horrible experience with them and I wouldn't want to do anymore stuffs with them.
But along the way, made some friends with some food outlets, which earned me some free food!

The past week, received several calls from financial planners. Planning my finances and protecting my life (insurance). Learnt some stuffs from them, contemplating which policy best protects me.
One is dad's agent, one got my contact from her secretary who was doing survey outside MPSH on gown collection day, the other is RE cohort-someone's boyfriend, another has been following up on me since last year June; 4 in total.

Gosh it's the time of the day that I am so in need of my bed, simply can't wait any longer! Nitez!

13 July 2009: My Commencement

Finally, the long awaited day! Graduated from NUS, after 4 years! The gown & motar board!
All the sweat, tears, late nights, laughter, fun.......will always be remember!
The friends and school mates.......SEC, SSB......Thank you all for all the fond memories!

After attending bro's and dear's convocation, finally it has reached my turn :) Family feels happy for me :) Even grandma made an effort to turn up, given all my naggging and stuffs. She didn't attend bro's graduation, am glad that she came for mine!
Bro told dad that this "walking up the stage and collecting degree thingy" would probably be my last one! Doubt I have an itchy butt that I would take up another degree or higher! So....they got to be proud of me, just that once!

Had the longest photo session ever, I think! Jaws tired, feet aching.

This week is an ultimate killer for me!!!

Barely made it through this week's workload! Had an event to do on Friday, my task? Wear a mask and take temperature for the guests, although it may seem to be the easiest task, but I assure you that it isn't. Especially not when you are embarrassed by the stupidity and malfunctioning of the thermal scan, no tempertaure recorded from the guest's forehead, neck and palms! I scanned this ah pek like 20 over times and there was no reading, and I received comments from the people nearby like "are you alive?". That day, I was up on my feet from morning 10am till at night 8pm. My day could have been shorter, on my heels, but after that event, another event somewhere else needed help and I had to go down.
Then, due to shortage of manpower, I though that this Saturday would be one and only break, not till at least 4 more Saturdays away, because from this coming Saturday onwards I got events to do, and Tada! yesterday I had to work again! Helped out at the event manning the main booth from 10am till 7pm, and boy was I tired and lethargic till, it felt worst then playing 2 nights of mahjong! and even studying no day no night for a week. Luckily, yesterday I had dear to accompany me at the booth, otherwise...I also don't know, mayb I will just dize off!

Guess that ever since I started work, I need to be in bed by 1130pm latest! On Thursday, watched Transformer with dear after work, in the theatre at about 10plus pm, I already started yawning and feelin tired.....Gosh! I am losing my power of staying up late at night! Looks like no more night life and supper times for me, because I need my bed so badly! Now, Sundays are my only rest days! Feeling lazy even to go out to town today, just going to laze at home.
