Today was a fun-filled day of activities! But first,last night after dinner at Indochine at Empress Place, we were so excited that we made our way down to dawson to check out the site and what's spotting the moon witout the sun! So ....First up was to catch the morning sun location at Dawson! So dear and me left home at 8plus in the morning and drove down to dawson to spot the sun! After that a 10min drive to Holland V for breakfast, followed by a haircut for dear at Shunji.
Then head home and get ready to head out for another appointment. Went to a family friend's house....and WOW...that's the way to decorate a house....and what I call a house!!! Suddenly, brain juices were active and juicy that ideas on how to decorate our future home just couldn't stop flowing..the decor, the furnishings......etc...Just got to pen down this ideas before we forget along the way till 2016! Followed by dinner at OTTO was simply good, the ambience, the environment...love it!

And now, just short of the ideal shop unit...and my shop will be "akan datang"..praying hard that on Monday the unit to be viewed will be the ONE..especially after all the shop hunting I have been doing this week..from Jurong to Bugis to Toa Payoh to Bishan to Shenton Way...just like the Chinese saying when translated " All in place except the Eastern Wind".

And tomorrow, baking crash course! More to be learnt and R&D!

I remembered previously that everyone was saying why we kept mum about applying for HDB flat. So now, at the first instant of hearing good news, i shall announce that we have SUCCEEDED in getting the flat! Three hundred and thirty one is our queue number! Pretty soon will be going down to HDB for appointment to select our unit!

To celebrate this joyous occassion, dear and me went to dine at The French Stall. There's a branch near my place. Ambience and food was great, what's more we were both in a happy mood!

Cheers! What a better way to end this CNY festive time!
Next up, will we strike TOTO tomorrow and help us get some side wealth to finance the flat!

The more effort you put in to achieve your goal, at times, you don't get to achieve what you have set out to get, instead...worsen matters!
The more I want to try to make things OK, somehow things just don't go the way I want them to be.
Instead of laughter and happiness, sadness and tears came along instead.
I and you..How to make it the perfect US?
As we walk and proceed forward, setting out what is needed for the future, it seems that we are taking many more steps backwards into the past. Things just don't go how they are supposed to be.

Countdown 2 more days to CNY! This year's CNY kinda lack the festive mood! Besides spring cleaning, have just been busy with baking pineapple tarts and cookies for sale. First got to thank those SEC HDB girls who bought cookies from me, in a way supported and contributed funds to the start up investment fund for my business! And yes, have to say giant THANK U to dear also, for being such a terrific sales and purchasing manager, promoting my cookies and helping me buy ingredients. Yups and my Extinct babes who bought from me too!
