Thank God that finally I managed to contact my friend, via facebook...I have been looking at her updates to know how she is doing, and I saw her online..so I dropped her a message and she replied! What a sigh of relief... :)Tomorrow we have arranged to meet and I will be going to her house to meet her :) Both of us are rather excited about the meet up, and I am glad that she has looked on the brighter side of life and decided to start life afresh...I pray for her that everything in life will be better and happier and smooth sailing, from tomorrow onwards, since it's her birthday...reborn I say.On the lighter note, I saw something very interesting on my way to school this evening.
I saw SDE advertise on SBS 151, it wrote JOIN SDE! real estate, PFM, architecture...
Never knew that our faculty had such a budget for such a thing!
And yes! The test today was horrible...
Either he puts alot of questions with the option 'none of the above' or 'all of the above'
But just for this one question, that at the end of the paper, the whole room was in chaos! Because it was totally insolvable and yet he didn't give any of the above options.
He guarantees all of us that there was an answer to his question, but he say he will check if it's his mistake, if so, everyone will be awarded bonus marks!
I seriously think and know and am aware that I got to practice alot of calculation sums before I take this exam, otherwise I am so dead!
Looking forward to this public holiday and weekend, activities have already been lined up!
Friday, initially the whole family planned to go to night safari. OK we are abit sua-ku, haven't visited there yet. But now it has been changed to meet the BIG FAMILY, for bro's girlfriend. She's going to meet granny, uncles and aunties and cousins, yes all of us!
Well well, before she meets everyone, everyone has already know how she looks like, because she appeared in the newspaper 'Scholars' Choice' several weeks ago. My maid overheard bro's conversation with the parents and she went to tell granny that bro's gf is in the newspaper. SO both of them very san-ba, went to dig the papers just to see what does bro's gf look like.
After that, granny told uncle, who told cousin ryan, who told auntie..pass it on and YES, everybody has 'seen' her!
(Seems like me and bro have got 'power' other-halves, because a few weeks ago, DD was also featured in Classified Jobs for HDB! Both of them are representatives of their companies, what leaves for me and bro?! The powered other-halves supporting and standing behind them?!)Oh yes, Friday and Saturday mornings are reserved for morning run at ECP, 8km :) Followed by a hearty breakfast. And Saturday night, we are going to watch musical CATS :) Coincidentally, bro and gf are watching too, but the afternoon matinee. And also planning a late night movie on Friday, fast and furious 4.
Did I mention, don't watch Jackie Chan's Shinjuku Incident, unless you are sadistic and want to see all the gruesome scenes of blood splashes, arms dismembered..I shall not describe further..And when I watched it, I felt like puking, the scenes were just too 'not for kids'.
But if you are tempted to see Jackie die, then do watch the movie, because this is the only movie that has him dead at the end!
OK...happy weekend and after that will be mugging for my next test!
JIAYOU :)
