another grow fat experience...
after that buffet review at sentosa..here comes round 2..me and dear on saturday went to an Italian restaurant at Club St...2 of us ate 2 appetizers, 1 soup, i had a lobster liguinine, dear had grilled veal...followed by 2 desserts, a chocolate fondant and a nutella pancake with banana and coconut...that meal made us full from the stomach up to our throats...
its a nice place to dine...but under the circumstance of having to do a food review and at the expense of having to eat 1 item from each course...my gosh!! not that enjoyable...but if it was a normal and usual pak tor date...then things would have been better and wouldn't be suffering from indigestion...haha :)
luckily...on sunday and today..there was almost a need to either have buffet at fullerton town hotel or dine chinese...the reviews were finally done and submitted by the supposed person..if not dear and me would have to go eat later..and can u imagine..soon to come both of us will have to start shopping for clothes that are one size bigger...and the thought of waist line burgeoning...dy/dx will be ultimate!!!
on saturday..dear and me went out early..and i mean much earlier than what we usually do on weekends...we headed down to a kopitiam near bugis area for kaya buns and half boiled eggs and my craving for milo peng....and in the afternoon we went to gloria jean's for coffee and cake...all these were eaten before we went for italian at night...
in between...we squeezed our way to IT show...and we were like kiasu singaporeans...thought he doors open at 11am but apparently they have changed the time to 12noon..so we were queuing outside the halls with the earlier reach aunties and uncles..amidst hearing their discussions about which TV and what size and where to place them in their homes...hmmm...
dear bought a new lappy..a MAC apple...well well..his faithful toshiba has finally given way...!
he was PRO..at coaxing and digging alot of goodies from the salesgirl...but after that we had 1 regret..should have taken the free ipod nano instead of the MS office cd-rom..cos my bro has it...roars...sell the ipod away and we would have got back some money...
